  • 250 g SunRice Steamed organic Brown Rice

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 Small Red Onion (cut into thin wedges)

  • 200 g Portobello Mushrooms (halved and sliced)

  • 1 clove Garlic (crushed)

  • 1 tsp Fresh Thyme Leaves

  • ¼ cup Parsley (coarsely chopped)

  • 1 pinch Sea Salt

  • 1 Porterhouse Steak

Method

  • To cook the rice, simply massage the pouch to separate the grains and place in the microwave for the required time as indicated on the packet.

  • Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add onion, mushrooms, garlic and thyme and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Add the rice and parsley and stir to combine.

  • Season with salt and pepper and serve with sliced grilled Porterhouse steak and dijonnaise.
