This is a healthy spin on a family classic. It’s loaded with vegetables like mushrooms, onion and baby spinach and subs out the sour cream for yoghurt, a better-for-you alternative. Serve with SunRice medium grain rice for a beautifully balanced meal.

Medium Grain Rice is a round, tender and succulent grain, allowing it to lock in moisture when it is cooked. This rice is often used in dishes that require a bit more creaminess, like paella or risotto. It is also ideal in your favourite Middle Eastern, Korean and Spanish dishes and is a good choice for delicious desserts. All rice is naturally gluten free.

  • Notes

To make this recipe dairy-free, you could use coconut yoghurt instead of plain Greek yoghurt You can easily make this recipe with chicken instead of beef - or use chickpeas if you're a vegetarian for a plant-based source of protein. If you don’t have garlic infused oil, simply add 1-2 teaspoons of crushed garlic.
