Method

  • For a delicious lunch your workmates will be jealous of, heat the microwave rice cup for 40 seconds whilst you combine the other ingredients. When ready, stir in and marvel how quick and easy that was. Alternatively if you're cooking for more than one follow the packet instructions on how to cook brown rice in a saucepan or rice cooker and increase the quantity of salmon, cabbage, corn and carrot so the whole family can enjoy!
